Seavus is proud to announce the partnership with ABBYY, a leading provider of document conversion, data capture and linguistic software. Together companies created Data and Document Capture Bank Solution based on ABBYY FlexiCapture software for OCR/ICR and forms processing. The solution allows automation of the documents processing in different business processes of the Bank according to existing and newworkflows.


The workflow is based on a Bank’s internal processes and consists of documents scanning, recognition of all or some fields on the document, validation and verification of captured data as well as export of these data to different locations specified by export rules. The Solution enables integration with the Core Banking system and Bank archive. Reporting and Reclamation application is an integral part of the system. This application enables custom reports to be created for Bank needs and is also used by the Bank Contact center. The solution totally supports security policy of the financial institution.
